The best way to discover the numerous treasures of Provence, especially, the hidden ones, is to walk on trails with a local guide. Off the beaten path, Jean-Bernard Letemple is happy to share with all those who come and visit Provence his knowledge of the Mediterranean flora, local fauna, mountains geology and his passion for Provencal history, folklore, villages, food and wine. In short he loves to share everything and anything about Provencal culture. Jean-Bernard can also arrange for you delicious original country picnics at additional cost.

We went on a wonderful hike with my mother-in-law and our three children, with the youngest only 4. The nature was just wonderful and it was just a tiny bit too exhausting for the little one, but no problem, as he then had a ride on our backs.
In short: we would go back tomorrow if we could.
Thanks for the best holiday we have had in a long time.
On day 3 we went on a wonderful hike with Jean-Bernard, including with my mother-in-law and our three children, with the youngest only 4. The nature was just wonderful and it was just a tiny bit too exhausting for the little one, but no problem, as he then had a ride on our backs.
We used a hiking tour and suggest that the concierge be more involved in the arrangements. I handled the contact directly with the tour guide and my earlier communication on some members who had knee problems and needed to go slowly was apparently not retained by Jean Bernard. He attempted to readjust on the fly and it was not ideal. Nonetheless, he is very good and we recommend his services. If the concierge had been copied or involved in the communication between us in selecting and preparing the outing, the hike plan may have been better.
