At Villa Carnot, you are in the very heart of this magical village experience. Immediately upon arrival, you will feel transported within the luxury of this historical building and its welcoming ambiance. The architecture is a true masterpiece, and all furnishings within have been customized for the space, offering pure comfort.
The entry courtyard is a haven of relaxation by day, and an enchanted space by night with the evening lights. The heated pool will welcome you after your wanders through the bustling streets of the city or following day trips to the numerous neighboring villages.
The ground floor hosts comfortable yet luxurious living rooms and a wonderfully equipped vaulted kitchen opening onto the paved courtyard. This connects nicely to the large dining table and sun loungers, offering ease of living indoors and out.
From the central courtyard, a glass elevator leads you to the first floor of the home. The combination of stone, glass and light creates such modernity and authenticity within the space. The subsequent glass corridors are spectacularly elegant and allow the light to enter throughout the air-conditioned house.
On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms; while the second floor hosts two additional en-suite bedrooms.
Though one could feasibly spend weeks simply soaking in the culture of this village experience, day trips also abound from this location - The famous villages of Les Baux de Provence, Eygalières, Maussane les Alpilles, Mouriès can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. Historical neighboring cities of Arles, Avignon, Aix en Provence, Nimes can be easily visited as well.
Note, upon arrival there is space to pull your car beneath the portico of the courtyard. Greeters will help you unload luggage and then guide you to the private garage parking located just 100m from the home itself.

The easiest way to get to Inland Provence from the US is to fly to Marseilles International Airport (MRS). If you would like to see Paris, fly to Charles de Gaulle Airport then connect directly to the TGV(high speed train) from CDG TGV2 to Avignon TGV(3 hours direct) and rent a car. You would plan to see Paris on the way back, taking the TGV from Avignon TGV to Gare de Lyon, getting a cab to your hotel in the city.
