The interior living area of the main house is spacious, fully air conditioned and are tastefully decorated. On the first floor, there are 6 large and very comfortable bedrooms with beautiful bed linens. Each room has a private bathroom. Other unique amenities include a piano, cinema and ample toys and games for children inside and out.
The exterior of the domaine is full of Provencal charm and old world authenticity as it is surrounded by magnificent stone walls offering privacy. The outdoor spaces are complete with a main large heated swimming pool, a fully equipped summer kitchen, boules court, and beautiful flowered gardens and outdoor terraces. Enjoy long lazy meals on the shaded outdoor terrace.
A separate, independent "Maison d'Amis is composed of 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This small stone house has a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room and a smaller swimming bassin (pool).

End of stay cleaning as well as intermediate cleaning are included in the rental fees. Please inquire for more maid hours. Linens changed weekly unless agreed otherwise. Maids not responsible for washing guest dishes/ pots/ pans or personal laundry.

La Bergerie de Cabrières is set walking distance (2 mn walk) from the center, bakery, cafés and restaurants, and just 10 minutes away from the famous hilltop village of Gordes. This location is within easy reach of the villages of the Lubéron - Ménerbes, Lacoste, Goult, Bonnieux and Roussillon. Coustellet, small village with a variety of shops and a supermarket, is less than 2 minutes by car. The property is likewise well located for excursions beyond the Lubéron. Aix-en-Provence lies to the south, the Cote du Rhones wine-producing region to the north, and the villages and restaurants of the Alpilles region to the southwest. The historic town of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, once a center of the Provençal silk trade and now home to more than 200 antiques dealers and Provence's best-known open-air market, is a drive of less than 20 minutes, is the center outside Paris of antiques dealing.
The easiest way to get to Inland Provence from the US is to fly to Marseilles International Airport (MRS). If you would like to see Paris, fly to Charles de Gaulle Airport then connect directly to the TGV(high speed train) from CDG TGV2 to Avignon TGV(3 hours direct) and rent a car. You would plan to see Paris on the way back, taking the TGV from Avignon TGV to Gare de Lyon, getting a cab to your hotel in the city.
