The villa has panoramic views on the valley and surrounding Luberon hills, and is located less than one kilometer from the village with its many cafés and restaurants. It is rare to find a home of this size within a short walk of the village, along a quiet road.
The house overlooks the large pool and a garden full of roses. A pool house is equipped with a convenient summer kitchen and barbecue.
This property was previously operated as a bed and breakfast and has now been converted into a formidable 10-bedroom vacation rental house.
The main house has 4 bedrooms on the first floor, each with a private bathroom. The cottage adjacent to the house offers 4 more bedrooms with bathrooms and a 50 sqm apartment with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The ample open ground floor area is very welcoming and comfortable for large groups, with a kitchen that opens onto a terrace with fabulous views.
The owners fell in love with the colors of Provence (ochre, lavender, olive) and have done a beautiful job to render this house full of color and joy.
The property as a whole is very well maintained and equipped for welcoming large families or groups of friends. The full capacity of the house is 20 people, and can accommodate up to 24 people dependent upon the composition of the group. Please inquire.
