This stone house was fully renovated in 2018, adding all the comfort to the charm of the ancient stones.
For the 2020 season, the main house will have four bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the lovely detached stone “Maison d’Amis” will host a fifth bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Note: This extension will be constructed beginning Fall 2019. It will be done on the west side of the property to allow construction on the ground floor of a large air-conditioned sitting room and bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Consequently, our gallery of photos will be updated in the spring to show these changes.
This villa is ideal for couples traveling together who want to enjoy the wonders of the village and the region, or for families traveling with children who wish to experience true Provence village life.

Just a two-minute walk from the charming, but sophisticated village of Eygalieres - a favorite hideaway for Parisians which hosts a number of very good restaurants. Find all of the charm and amenities in the village with butcher, baker, café/ bar and weekly market. The area surrounding the village provides one of the most dramatic landscapes in Provence with the famed Alpilles (hills) adorning the view - an area made famous by the works Vincent Van Gogh.
The easiest way to get to Inland Provence from the US is to fly to Marseilles International Airport (MRS). If you would like to see Paris, fly to Charles de Gaulle Airport then connect directly to the TGV(high speed train) from CDG TGV2 to Avignon TGV(3 hours direct) and rent a car. You would plan to see Paris on the way back, taking the TGV from Avignon TGV to Gare de Lyon, getting a cab to your hotel in the city.
