Situated in a private domain in the hills above Cap Ferrat, La Villefranche commands breathtaking views of Villefranche Bay, Cap Ferrat and the Mediterranean sea. This 4 bed, 4.5 bath villa is truly 'California meets Provence' in style, enjoying the charm of Provencal design and the casual lifestyle of California indoor/outdoor living.
The interior is Provencal in style, with a large French chimney piece, antique stone floors, and antique furnishings, yet it has the ingenuity of glass windows/doors that virtually disappear to create a completely open air villa.
Three of the four bedrooms have bathrooms en-suite, and the fourth has a bathroom just outside.
The heated salt-water infinity pool overlooks olive trees and lemon trees in the lower garden, and the villa is covered with heavenly scented jasmine.
This lovely villa is on the border of Villefranche-sur-Mer (said to be the prettiest port on the Riviera), and Beaulieu-sur-Mer (a beautiful belle-epoche village), in the Alpes Maritimes district (where the Alps meet the sea). Close to charming St. Jean Cap Ferrat, St. Paul de Vence, Nice, Eze, Monaco, Menton, and 45 mins. from the Italian border (Bordaghera, San Remo), you are situated to travel to many, many fabulous places from this perfect location!

The easiest way to get to Inland Provence from the US is to fly to Marseilles International Airport (MRS). If you would like to see Paris, fly to Charles de Gaulle Airport then connect directly to the TGV(high speed train) from CDG TGV2 to Avignon TGV(3 hours direct) and rent a car.
