The home sits on a beautiful piece of land with garden and pool, privately set away from neighbors yet still walking distance to shops, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, and village cafes.
The views on the Alpilles mountains are beautiful.
The garden is very large for such a village location, with ample areas for adults and children alike to relax, play and enjoy.
There is a wonderful feeling of peace here within the comfortable sitting rooms, modern kitchen, and calming decor of each space.
The villa has one bedroom located on ground floor, three bedrooms on the first floor and a dormitory on the basement perfect for kids or nannies.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and four have air conditioning.
Guests seem drawn here not only for the idyllic location in Eygalieres, but also the welcoming design of the property as a whole.
Eygalières is indeed a thriving village, with a butcher, pharmacy, delicatessen, bakery, artisan cheese & ice-cream shops, a local convenience store and on Friday mornings, the village hosts an authentic Provençal Market. For those wanting to eat out there are many excellent restaurants and at the crossroads sits Cafe de la Place, where you can enjoy your favourite drink catching up with friends or simply watching the world go by!
Around Eygalières you can enjoy cycling, mountain biking, hiking, horse-riding, wine tasting in the numerous vineyards or simply admire the stunning country side. Further afield you can easily access Saint-Rémy-de-Provence which is just 10km away or Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, the Luberon or Arles, to name but a few, can be reached in under an hour.

Just a two-minute walk from the charming, but sophisticated village of Eygalieres - a favorite hideaway for Parisians which hosts a number of very good restaurants. Find all of the charm and amenities in the village with butcher, baker, café/ bar and weekly market. The area surrounding the village provides one of the most dramatic landscapes in Provence with the famed Alpilles (hills) adorning the view - an area made famous by the works Vincent Van Gogh.
The easiest way to get to Inland Provence from the US is to fly to Marseilles International Airport (MRS). If you would like to see Paris, fly to Charles de Gaulle Airport then connect directly to the TGV(high speed train) from CDG TGV2 to Avignon TGV(3 hours direct) and rent a car. You would plan to see Paris on the way back, taking the TGV from Avignon TGV to Gare de Lyon, getting a cab to your hotel in the city.
