Mas Sainte Berthe | Les Baux-de-Provence: Fine wines, olive oils, and regional products in the shadow of Les Baux. Open daily 9am–12pm and 2pm–6pm.
Domaine de la Vallongue | Eygalières: Stunning natural setting with daily tastings during high season, 10am–1pm and 2pm–7pm.

Château La Coste | Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade: A destination unto itself: world-class wines, an acclaimed art and sculpture walk across 600 acres, and multiple restaurants including fine dining in the vineyards. Plan for a full day.
Château de Beaupré | Saint-Cannat: Six generations of family winemaking, with free tastings and 1.5-hour guided tour options. Reservations required. Several other excellent wineries line this same road between Rognes and Aix.
Forty-five minutes north, the storied vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape produce some of France’s most celebrated reds. Many estates require advance booking—plan ahead for these exceptional visits.
