We offer three ways to experience the wine’s of the region:

Self Guided: Provence Wineries with tasting experiences
We have compiled a short list of a few of our favorite spot for tasting, many of which specialize in biodynamic wine making. Some of them you can simply walk in and have free tastings, others offer hour + long experiences for a fee if you book in advance. In the high season, if you are a group of 6 or more, we advise calling ahead to let them know you are coming for more dedicated attention.
Note some wineries are closed on Sundays and during lunch hours.
Alpilles Region
Château Romanin
Nestled in the heart of a unique natural setting, Château Romanin has been using biodynamic techniques since 1988, when it was created by Jean-Pierre Peyraud (investor) and Jean-André Charial (owner of Relais & Château L’Oustau de Baumanière).

Domaine des Lauzieres
Since 1992 the Domaine de Lauzières has been involved in organic farming, and more recently in biodynamics. Lauzières was founded in the 16th century, when the Huguenots took refuge in the Alpilles.

Luberon
Domaine de La Verrière
Situated in the commune of Goult in the Luberon Regional National Park, the vineyards of the Domaine de la Verrière are on slopes surrounded by an area classified Natura 2000.
In 1470 Roy René de Provence set up Italian glassmakers here; the name of the estate, comes from these ancient glassworks.

Chateau de Milles
Château de Mille is the oldest wine estate in the Luberon, first documented in the Avignon archives in 1238. Recently, experts have identified carved stone wine-making basins which could date from the Bronze Age. Enjoy free tasting or privately guided tours that blend history and nature tour including and archive exhibition, wine and history museum, a section of the vineyard and a biodiverse garden.
