Again, Marcelle was great. And Kelly, the person who answered questions about some Only Provence properties before we booked, was also very helpful. But there seemed to be a disconnect between Mas des Amis management and Only Provence (as described above). Also, one of the reasons we booked with Only Provence is because we were aware of being at a disadvantage in not speaking any French, and thought that Only Provence could help us bridge this gap -- this worked with respect to Marcelle and Carol but not with the house manager. Marcelle helped with communication so it worked out, but was a bit of a challenge. We did really appreciate having Marcelle available to address any issues and also having Carol available to assist with reservations. There were helpful and detailed instructions in getting to the house, and we appreciated the list of restaurant recommendations and other things related to the area. But it would be great if Only Provence provided more specific information related to the house we stayed in, or at least ensured that such information would be made available to us.

Only Provence made renting a villa extremely simple. From booking, when great advice was provided and availability quickly confirmed, to preparation, when guidance from the concierge services were clear and helpful, the entire process was smooth. The only hick-up as discussed earlier was the check-in, which for whatever reason was hectic and unprepared for.

Only Provence has better quality villa rentals then the airbnb's and vrbo's. High quality, competitive pricing and confident, easy booking process. They even drove a baby crib up to the house for our 1 yr old boy. We all loved our stay. Thank you so much!
