Tucked away in the heart of the hilltop village of Bonnieux, Villa Héritage is a rare gem—an 18th-century villa built directly into the rock, offering a unique and immersive experience of the Luberon’s architectural heritage. This exceptional property harmoniously blends the rustic beauty of natural stone with the elegance and comfort of modern design.
The villa is ideally situated in the upper part of the village, just one minute’s walk from charming local shops, bakeries, and restaurants. From its elevated position, the house offers breathtaking views over the rooftops of Bonnieux and the rolling countryside of the Luberon beyond.
Recently renovated in 2025, the interiors of Villa Héritage reflect a refined sense of style, combining antique charm with contemporary comfort. The master bedroom is both independent and peaceful, while the other bedroom is equally well-appointed, making the house perfect for hosting up to four guests. The living area spans two levels, with an 80-square-meter open space that includes a stunning vaulted stone lounge—an architectural feature that speaks to the home’s rich history. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, creating a welcoming and social atmosphere for cooking and entertaining.
Outside, the villa offers a series of inviting spaces designed for relaxation. The rooftop terrace provides multiple seating and dining areas, ideal for enjoying the mild Provençal climate. A private small swimming pool offers a refreshing retreat on hot summer days. Sun loungers line the terrace, making it the perfect place to unwind while taking in the panoramic views.
Every element of the villa has been thoughtfully chosen, from the antique furnishings sourced from local dealers to the carefully preserved stone walls. The result is a home that feels both timeless and modern—an invitation to travel through history without sacrificing the comforts of today.
Villa Héritage is more than a place to stay—it is a place to live, dream, and experience the authentic spirit of Provence.
