What Happens:

Signing of Rental Agreement Following your email confirmation, a Rental Agreement is sent to you for review and signature via our online Docusign electronic signature system. We ask that you complete this within 1 week of receiving.
After your sign the agreement, a copy is sent to Only Provence and to the owner for review and signature. This normally takes between 2-3 days to be completed. A finalized version of the fully signed agreement is then sent to all parties. 

Deposit Once the rental contract is signed, you have 7 days to make the deposit payment of 50% in order to reserve the property. If the rental is within 60 days of the rental start, then 100% of the payment is due. 

Final payment is due 60 days prior to the start of the rental.  Only Provence will send you a reminder two weeks prior to the due date.

Arrival Information 60 days before arrival we will also request your Arrival Information which includes the arrival time of the clients at the house, travel mobile number, final number of Adults and Children in the group, and additional special requests/chefs.
