Working with Only Provence for the contracts etc was fine as always. The Only Provence greeter was very kind and accommodating of our package that needed to be delivered ahead of our stay. We asked several times through the usual channels how to ship something ahead, which had not been a problem in the past, but were met with difficulty this time. We were happy that she was more accommodating. In addition, we were very happy to receive packages for others while we were there, and put them aside, as is customary.

Very good process during early booking phase - web site is very user friendly and our contact person in OP worked with us to find the right property. Signing the rental agreement and transfer payment is somewhat cumbersome. Could a credit card solution work?

I would use your service exclusively to book stays in Provence. I have stayed in three of your properties (Eygalieres, Lourmarin, and Cabrières-d’Avignon). All have been outstanding. Communication is very responsive and the replies are helpful and prompt. I have and would always recommend Only Provence.

Excellent. A great selection of villas, and a real willingness to help find what we were after within the budget we wanted to spend for this holiday. Great communication, which should be an easy thing, but so few places manage it - OP were superb pre, during, post. The only suggestion I’d make is that searching from the UK the company appears to be a UK company. Then when payment comes, the options are essentially a variety of overseas ones. If my wife had been making the booking, she would have looked for a different company given the prevalence of online scamming. I questioned OP and felt the need to do a reasonable amount of due diligence before I felt comfortable to send payment. I am not an overly cautious person in this regard and felt close to not going ahead with tbe booking. Id suggest either getting a UK payment setup (I assume this probably isn’t possible) or make it clear upfront this is. It a UK operation etc.

Very responsive and professional. I also appreciate that the change in date was accommodated. For a rental of this size and magnitude I think the personalized service and attention is important and cannot be provided by airbnb or a similar service.

Kelly Bateman is a trusted professional who has helped procure amazing villas for us in the past. I have come to learn that what she recommends based on our needs is going to be amazing. Once again she came through. The whole process from finding the villa, to paying for it, and the communications from the carol the concierge were excellent. We had everything worked out before we set foot at the villa.
