Team is efficient, knowledgeable and flexible. I have recommended Only Provence to dozens of people. Only minor improvement I would recommend is that we always receive a gift basket, but it is always given to us near the end of our stay. Earlier in our stay would make it easier to enjoy.

There are too many people to deal with. There needs to be single point of contact instead of someone for payment someone for chefs someone for concierge etc. We were very disappointed that the posted rate changed at the last minute because the owner thought he could charge the peak season rate in October because of Rugby World Cup even though we were no where near any of the games The payment process as a Canadian was complicated changing Canadian to Us the Euros Only Provence Response: Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Our offered payment options are USD, GBP and EUR. Many of our houses did have high season rates during the Rugby World Cup as well. Our team are all happy to help at any point. After making your reservation we have a team member handle contracts and payments, and then another team that handles concierge type requests. We do hope the experiences with our team were helpful. We are also glad to see you gave 5 stars to the house and your trip overall.
