There are too many people to deal with. There needs to be single point of contact instead of someone for payment someone for chefs someone for concierge etc.

We were very disappointed that the posted rate changed at the last minute because the owner thought he could charge the peak season rate in October because of Rugby World Cup even though we were no where near any of the games

The payment process as a Canadian was complicated changing Canadian to Us the Euros

Our team are all happy to help at any point. After making your reservation we have a team member handle contracts and payments, and then another team that handles concierge type requests. As mentioned, having used Only Provence exclusively for villa rentals for a number of years now, we love the exceptional offering of high quality/luxury villas that they have to offer. We have never been disappointed. Also, working with Stanley Smith has always been so easy as he’s super helpful, prompt, and quick to answer any/all questions we may have throughout the rental process, from start to finish. All concierge people/house greeters/cleaning staff have been friendly and easy to work with as well as helpful if/when contacted regarding an issue or emergency occurs during our stays.

Booking process is fine however if this house is an indication of the quality of the rentals I won’t use Only Provence again. You should be recommending to owners what is needed to present the homes.
