We had a good experience overall. This experience fell short of the high standards set by other luxury holiday companies. The ongoing reminders of impending (but not yet due) fees and the towel problem after the visit are two examples of this. Just little problems, nothing particularly serious. However, I have no qualms about recommending Only Provence or using you once more in the future. We all loved the Villa's location and property, so we would definitely go back.

Superlative! We had been in a house that did not work for us and had two weeks to go. I found this house online on a Sunday, Sylvie responded to my inquiry immediately and answered all my questions. She arranged a visit for Wed., and we booked that evening. The booking and payment process was simple and efficient, and everyone was a great communicator. Plus, the house is absolutely outstanding!

The responses from the concierge services were slow and sometimes insufficient. We ended up having to book most of our own activities, which was fine but not what we expected given the premium we paid booking through Only Provence vs AirBnB. I don’t think we would use it again.
