Only Provence is an award-winning villa rental company with a collection of more than 200 luxury villas and châteaux throughout the Luberon and Alpilles. Combining deep local expertise with personalized service, we craft exceptional journeys tailored for discerning travelers.
Provence wine country is at its finest from the inside. Rather than driving out to the vines, you wake among them: rows running to the treeline, morning light across the valley, and a wine route within easy reach. The Luberon and the Alpilles both hold their own appellations, and both sit within short drives of the region’s markets and hilltop villages, so a vineyard base gives you the quiet of the countryside without distance from everything else.
Each villa below is chosen for its setting among the vines. Our Villa Rental Specialists know every property in the collection, and can match the right one to your group, your dates, and the pace you have in mind.
Les Vignes is an 18th-century restored stone farmhouse near Goult in the Luberon, set on ten hectares of secluded hilltop with views over the valley and the surrounding vineyards. It has five bedrooms and sleeps ten, with a fenced 6 by 12 metre pool and, fittingly, an office that looks directly onto the vines.
The house is decorated with comfortable furniture, art, and antiques, with air conditioning in four bedrooms and fibre internet throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a professional gas range, and there is a wood fireplace for cooler evenings. Outside, there is dining for ten, a table tennis table, and a barbecue. Pool heating is available on request, and weekly maid service is included.
Mas des Secrets sits on six hectares of olive groves and vineyards near Ménerbes, one of the classified villages of the Luberon, with views of the Luberon hills from every corner of the house. It has five bedrooms and sleeps up to ten, and is well suited to a party of eight adults. The 15 by 4 metre saltwater pool can be heated on request.
The house combines Provençal character with a contemporary, high-specification renovation. Common areas have an underfloor cooling system, with air conditioning in four bedrooms, and the kitchen includes a wine cellar. Outside there is an outdoor kitchen with a plancha, a badminton court, a terrain de boules, and a trampoline, along with private parking and an electric-car charger. Its position also places you well for the wine route and the neighbouring perched villages.
Mas les Gardiols lies near Bonnieux in the Luberon, with views over vineyards and open countryside and the wine villages of the Luberon within hiking distance. It has five en-suite bedrooms arranged across a main house and two separate annexes, sleeps ten, and offers a 13.5 by 3.5 metre pool, heated on request.
The layout suits a group that would like a degree of separation, with two bedrooms set apart from the main house. The main house has an underfloor heating and cooling system, and the kitchen includes a wine cellar. Outdoors there is dining for ten, a gas barbecue with an exterior shower, a pétanque court, a table tennis table, and ten sun loungers with parasols.
Bastide de Coussoul is set near Eygalières in the Alpilles, close to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, and is surrounded by vineyards, with organic vines on its own grounds and a wine estate within walking distance. At roughly 500 square metres, it has seven bedrooms and sleeps twelve, with a 17 by 9 metre saltwater pool that can be heated through the summer season.
The bastide has been carefully restored, with an updated kitchen, a wine cave, and a wood-burning fireplace. Air conditioning serves the upper floors, with floor heating and cooling at ground level, and there is fibre WiFi and satellite television. Outside, the grounds hold dining and entertaining space, a gas barbecue, a terrain de boules, and twelve sun loungers with a shaded pool house. The Route des vins is close by.
Bastide des Millefleurs sits among vineyards and olive trees near Bonnieux, with manicured gardens and views of the Luberon hills. At around 400 square metres, it has four bedrooms plus a children’s dormitory and sleeps twelve, with an 18 by 6 metre pool that includes a shallow area for younger swimmers.
This is a strong choice for families. The third-floor dormitory holds six beds for children, and there is a private tennis court and a table tennis table alongside air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped, connectivity is provided by high-speed satellite WiFi with satellite television, and there is outdoor dining for twelve under a pergola, with an electric plancha. Weekly linen changes and several cleanings across the stay are included.
A vineyard villa is a fine base for exploring the wider region. Our concierge team can arrange vineyard visits, private tastings, and a private chef who cooks with local produce, as well as market mornings and days out among the hilltop villages. Several of these houses have their own wine cellar or cave for keeping your finds, and Bastide de Coussoul has a wine estate within walking distance for an unhurried afternoon. You describe what you would like, and it is arranged.

Provence has several wine regions. The Luberon and the Alpilles, both with their own appellations, sit at the heart of the region and are where these five villas are located. Both are within short drives of the markets and hilltop villages, so a vineyard base does not mean isolation.
Five villas in the collection sit directly among the vines: Les Vignes near Goult, Mas des Secrets near Ménerbes, Mas les Gardiols near Bonnieux, Bastide de Coussoul near Eygalières, and Bastide des Millefleurs, also near Bonnieux.
These five sleep between ten and twelve guests. Les Vignes, Mas des Secrets, and Mas les Gardiols each sleep ten, while Bastide de Coussoul and Bastide des Millefleurs each sleep twelve.
Yes. Our concierge team arranges vineyard visits, private tastings, and a private chef, along with market mornings and village outings. Bastide de Coussoul also has a wine estate within walking distance, and several villas have a wine cellar or cave.
Bastide des Millefleurs is well suited to families, with a children’s dormitory of six beds, a private tennis court, and a pool with a shallow area. Its position among vineyards and gardens near Bonnieux gives children space to play.
