What Happens:

Client Vetting When a qualified inquiry comes into Only Provence, our team will speak with and vet the clients to determine their group dynamics, week(s) desired, and purpose of their trip.

Availability Check One of our villa rental specialists will contact either the owner or the person that is in charge of managing bookings to inform them of the qualified Lead and check availability/rate

Client Confirmation Once the desired availability/rate is confirmed by the owner or house manager, the villa rental specialist will confirm with the client.

Taxe de Sejour If you have given Only Provence the authority to collect/pay the Taxe de Sejour on your behalf, we will calculate and quote the appropriate amount based on hour location, number of 18+ adults and number of nights. We will then add this to the total rent amount and collect in line with our payment process.
