What Happens:

Signing of Rental Agreement Once confirmed, a Rental Agreement is sent to the client for review and signature via our online Docusign electronic signature system.
After the agreement is signed by the client, a copy is sent to Only Provence for review and signature.
After Only Provence has signed the agreement, a copy is sent to you (or person in charge of signing on behalf of your property) for signature. After your signature, all parties receive finalized version of the fully signed agreement. 

Deposit The client is then required to make the deposit payment of 50% within 7 days to reserve the property. If the rental is within 60 days of the rental start, then 100% is due by the client. 
When the deposit or full amount is received by Only Provence, the amount due to you is sent within 7 days of receipt. At this stage the booking is fully confirmed.

Final payment is due from the client 60 days prior to the start of the rental.  Only Provence sends a reminder for this two week prior to the due date, in which we also request their Arrival Information.
When final payment is received, the final amount due to you is sent within 7 days of receipt.
