What Happens:

Concierge Once final payment is received, Only Provence continues working with the clients on finalizing any special requests they may have during their reservation.

Arrival information is sent to the house greeter (and you if previously requested) 10 days prior to the start of the rental.  This information will include the arrival time of the clients at the house, travel mobile number, final number of Adults and Children in the group, any special requests/chefs.
