Issues Any issues reported by clients should first be raised with your house manager. If a resolution is not achieved, then Carol LaFarge or Marcelle Debande should be contacted.
Damages Should damages occur during a rental, please contact Carol LaFarge or Marcelle Debande and provide pictures and invoices of the items damaged. Only Provence will charge the clients for any damages within 10 days from the end of the rental.
Significant issues that may require a refund or property move are escalated to team members within Only Provence via Carol LaFarge or Marcelle Debande as the situation requires.
