In looking for and booking the villa, we would give a 10 rating. Our experience on the ground with respect to issues with staff are the reason we would not give an outright 10. But I want to say, everyone we dealt with was extremely polite so the issues we had were technical and not because of any personal issues.

Overall excellent and an easy process. We did not find that the local 'concierge' was useful for us - that said, we are familiar with the general region and we speak some French. The house was perfect for us - the only suggestions for improvement would be: bathrobes, umbrellas, improvement in the quality of kitchen supplies (there was a ton of knives for cooking, etc - but none of good quality - it would be better to just have a few that function well). But obviously, this is an extremely minor thing and we're only providing that feedback as we loved the property and those would be changes we'd make if it was ours. Thank you.
