As a UK resident the only downside was making payment through credit card was a bit convoluted. As Only Provence is not ABTA or ATOL rated not being a UK company, it was the only way to feel the booking was financially secure and your credit card fees are a lot higher than you would pay in the UK. But I did have peace of mind paying that way, even if it cost with double exchange rates € to USD then to GBP + the cr card fee.

I found you highly efficient in the main. However, when the BBQ caught fire, there was a period of silence. You must keep a fire extinguisher by the BBQ and replace the one we used for the fire.

Good - but being a UK citizen, payment was not simple and no confirmation provided having paid each time (had to ask). Did add to the stress of booking and might put me off using you again. Otherwise, all went very smoothly.
