Only Provence provides the highest level of service for travelers. Carol, Louise, Sandrine were standouts. They were responsive, helpful and made the planning easy! Their guidance was outstanding and the contractors for tours, bikes, chefs, etc.. were equally fantastic!

Very professional

The whole process to rent the house and with regards to scheduling the chef and tour service was very smooth, however once we were are in the villa we were pretty much at the mercy of the housekeeper. We would have appreciated someone from OnlyProvence checking in on us before Thursday (maybe on Sunday or Monday?) to make sure everything was in good order.

Overall very good...payment process OK; Concierge processes very good (for both organization of chef at house and also for a reservation for 10 at a local Michelin * restaurant and arranging wine tours for an expanded group of 17....Excellent

We got outstanding customer service from Only Provence.
We asked for a high chair and for a crib, and both were there when we arrived. We asked if we could arrive at the house early and Only Provence/Martine was happy to accomodate us. And Carol stopped by with a gift basket, which was very thoughtful.
