The US type rental agreement was excessive. We have used several rental agencies in Provence over the last 30 years, but have never had such formal and demanding paperwork. The payment system seemed over officious.

Easy and generally helpful. Sometimes we had to pull information out (activities, things to do, restaurants) that should arrive once you sign the contract. That way it makes things easier to plan.

We have had two good stays with Only Provence with Mas d’Oppede and Maison Jeannons. Maison Le Relais was not good however. Only Provence fine to work with but issues with Maison Le Relais need to be addressed.
