Well below the competition. I book a villa each year and this was my first time using Only Provence and I had high expectations. The service was at the lower end compared to the competition. Everything felt rushed, like a box ticking exercise and like little thought was put into curating the right experience. Organising day trips to villages or for restaurants was difficult. I was directed to trip advisor pages and told to wait until closer to the time. No-one followed up. I took all of this into my own hands which I did not expect to have to do. One chef we were directed to was very difficult to work with despite asking for what was advertised on the menu on the website. I found my own chef based on my own research who was spectacular and so easy to work with. Special shout out to Charlotte Konings who provided us with a picnic and I arranged this through Only Provence. We also struggled to get recommendations for food for self catering and did all the research ourselves and found some wonderful options but it took a lot of work. Only Provence should invest some time in understanding these issues. I had the impression the service would be more bespoke.

Only Provence made our holiday planning really easy and fun. Everyone responded to our emails very quickly.

It was very easy to book etc. I do think it would be better not to send the 'how did you enjoy your stay?' before the end of the tenancy, however, as you do feel like you're onto the next already while it's still our holiday!!
