Overall, very good. We had a sticky patch when we paid the balance a few months ago but that was handled promptly by the staff and there was no problem in the end. All communication was very good indeed and the level of detail provided was excellent.

Friendly reliable

Chatting with the group was very easy and I got near instant replies whenever I had questions or concerns.

The person I spoke to originally was very helpful & knowledgeable about the area & once I had booked whenever I emailed the contact in France I always received a very swift reply. Our greeter was also very helpful & immediately fixed a couple of small problems that occured.
