Carol is a dream. She made multiple bookings for us, and was so helpful with questions I had before and during our trip. We would love to take this villa again.

Communication was easy and I had a small but complicated health issue while traveling which our concierge took care of by making the appropriate appointments for me with local providers. Way above and beyond!

Most helpful business to deal with. We had a few problems transferring the accommodation charges, but I think that was more a currency issue

Really efficient, not overly pushy helpful

The villa renting procedure was pretty smooth however when it got closer to our arrival date there was confusion as to who would be our contact person for the villa itself. Also, there was a small lack of coordination between the services we hired thru Only Provence and the property managers...the villa team thought they were to organize the wine tasting and chef. It was all sorted out in the end.

Always terrific! Marcelle came to visit us and have us a beautiful gift bag from Only Provence… absolutely lovely touch and so thoughtful. Marcelle is a treasure to have and a wealth of local information. So great to see her again!

It was so much easier than I thought it could be. The entire experience - from initial contact to final close out - was so easy and the level of communication was amazing! My contact through contract at Only Provence (Kelly Bateman) knew so many of the homes personally along with the owners and the surrounding towns! My speaking with Kelly and telling her our group's likes/needs, she expertly guided me to the home and location that was perfect and made me look like an expert to everyone as they arrived!

Only Provence was very responsive to my complaints and concerns but were limited by the absence of Filip. A backup for maintenance is needed. A replacement of cleaning crew is recommended

Excellent - everyone i had contact with has been very helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. If there were any issues with the pool, internet etc, i received a response within an hour in most cases. I really appreciate this.

It is our 2nd or 3rd working with Only Provence. It is always a pleasant experience.

Easy, high standards

Not taking credit cards without a huge fee is unacceptable in 2025. Also, the companies bank details could not be recognised by my bank, so I was unsure who i was transferring money to. I would want to work with a uk/french based company not one from USA next time.

Excellent. Responses were quick and professional. Relied on Only Provence to book us chefs, wine tours and a fancy day out. We didn’t check what they were booking and the highest quality was booked in every occasion. One day they arranged 3 helicopters to land at the villa and take us to a spectacular Michelin starred winery restaurant. Communication was always spectacular.
