Professional from start to finish!

The responses from the concierge services were slow and sometimes insufficient. We ended up having to book most of our own activities, which was fine but not what we expected given the premium we paid booking through Only Provence vs AirBnB. I don’t think we would use it again.

Professional, prompt. Very satisfied. Streamlining communications through a single client relationship manager might be a good idea (difficult to tell for example when to reach Louise vs Carol etc).

My experience was not as positive as it has been in the past, although Carol LaFarge worked hard to compensate for the problems.

Kelly Bateman was hugely helpful, especially when we had to change our dates. She and the owners were very accommodating.

The staff at Only Provence was incredibly professional. Responding to any inquiries prior to our arrival in a timely manner. We had an infant and a toddler with us and Only Provence staff did everything to accommodate whatever ‘ equipment ‘ we requested for them
