From initial booking to our arrival, they were excellent communicators and lived up to their promises. Very nice people.

The person I spoke to originally was very helpful & knowledgeable about the area & once I had booked whenever I emailed the contact in France I always received a very swift reply. Our greeter was also very helpful & immediately fixed a couple of small problems that occured.

Having booked the holiday with Only Provence months in advance, less than 2 weeks before the holiday I received an email telling me that the property was not going to be available for our holiday dates for unforeseen reasons not within their control. No phone call and an email of such great importance that could so easily have been missed amongst the many received that day. A very nice alternative property was offered, but it didn’t suit the needs of our large multi-generational group. Fortunately, after signing a waiver, we were able to stay in L’Aqueduc as originally planned, but we did have a stressful few hours when our holiday hung in the balance.

Great experience booking the villa. Gave us great excursion ideas and hooked us up with chef service and winery tours. Very responsive during our stay. Very personable and responsive.

The booking agent was great helping us find the house. Can’t thank her enough for that! However she did tell us breakfast was included which was actually just breakfast service. Carol was helpful but seemed to only mention vendors she worked with. When a boat of the Calanque was not available through her, she didn’t mention that you can hop on a boat every hour or so on the coast. We figured it out on our own. Otherwise she was quite friendly!

Very responsive at all stages of the rental process. Our greeter was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint is with the deceptive picture presentation on the website.

The house manager was responsive and always very helpful. Our in home chef” Nadege” was excellent and her cooking excellent.

The service and villa were amazing. Eygalieres is a perfect little village, centrally located in Provence, with enough to keep one busy and entertained, while being close to other larger towns. The villa was perfect for us (a couple traveling alone) or a small family, or up to two couples. The furnishing we comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and pool sparkling blue! An overall excellent experience.
